The latest... Tim Kerr says the Surge need to have 700 STHs by next Friday. Currently at 570, with 125 from last year unaccounted for--which would put them at 695... very very close here.

I hope the Surge can get enough deposits, and continue thier operation. However I know that even if they are around for next year, they are going to be on life support, and I'm sure that if they do stick around for 2013 this same question will arise next offseason.

But hopefully they can get some more deposits this week.
