DeCaro Named Sher-Wood/CHL Goaltender of the Month
Tempe, AZ - The Central Hockey
League announced today that John DeCaro of the Bossier-Shreveport
Mudbugs has been named the Sher-Wood Central Hockey League Goaltender of
the Month for March 2011.

Bullock Named CHL Athletic Trainer of the Year
Bossier City, LA - The Central
Hockey League today announced George Bullock, Jr. of the
Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs as the winner of the league's 2011 Athletic
Trainer of the Year award. The honor is the first of Bullock's 16-year
pro hockey career and comes in his ninth season as a member of the
Mudbugs.

Rutherford Named Oakley CHL Player of the Week
Tempe, AZ - The Central Hockey
League announced today that Bossier-Shreveport forward David Rutherford
has been named the Oakley Central Hockey League Player of the Week for
the period ending March 13, 2011.

Mudbugs Named Among CHL's Best
Bossier City, LA - Members of
the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs both on the ice and off have once again
been recognized among the best in the Central Hockey League in this
year's CHL "Best of the Best" Poll, whose results were released today.
For the second straight year, the Mudbugs posted eight top-three
finishes in the poll, including four mentions and three category wins
for forward David Rutherford.

Mudbugs Sign Goaltender Munce
Bossier City, LA - The
Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League have officially
signed sixth-year pro goaltender Ryan Munce, who served as the team's
back-up goaltender in last night's 4-1 road win over Rio Grande Valley.
Munce joined the Mudbugs two weeks ago, but was not cleared to play
until his immigration status was approved yesterday.

Mudbugs Strike Deal with Quad City
Bossier City, LA - The
Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs of the Central Hockey League, in conjunction
with the Quad City Mallards, today announced the trade of forward Joe
Blaznek to Quad City in exchange for future considerations. Blaznek will
join the Mallards immediately, while the Mudbugs will receive a player
to be named later to completed the trade.
