Filipic and Birnie Add Punch to Eagles Lineup
Windsor, CO - The Colorado Eagles announced today that both Fraser Filipic and Jay Birnie have signed for the 2008-09 season. Filipic, the CHL's reining "Best Fighter, Pound-for-Pound" has been with the Eagles for all five of their previous seasons. Birnie, who will be a third-year pro, has also spent his entire professional career with the team.

Polaski, Haddon and Beatty Back With Eagles
Windsor, CO - The Colorado Eagles announced today that they've re-signed defenseman Jason Beatty and forwards Steve Haddon and Scott Polaski for the upcoming season. Polaski, a Colorado Springs native and Colorado College alum, will be returning to the team for the fourth year in a row; Haddon will be entering his third full season with the team and Beatty his second.

Hartsburg Named Assistant Coach
Windsor, CO - The Colorado Eagles announced today that former forward Chris Hartsburg has been named Assistant Coach of the club. In addition, Ryan Bach - who filled both the Assistant Coach and Goaltending Coach positions last season - will return as Goaltending Coach.
