Pelletier Named Reebok/AHL Player of the Week
Springfield, MA - The American Hockey League announced today that Rockford IceHogs left wing Pascal Pelletier has been named the Reebok/AHL Player of the Week for the period ending Nov. 30, 2008. Pelletier scored six goals and added one assist for seven points in three games as Rockford earned five of a possible six standings points to stay in the thick of the West Division race.

Rockford, IL - Chicago Blackhawks General Manager Dale Tallon announced on Tuesday that the National Hockey League club has recalled winger Troy Brouwer from the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. Tallon also announced that winger Jack Skille was reassigned to Rockford.

Johnson Recalled By Chicago
Rockford, IL - Chicago Blackhawks General Manager Dale Tallon announced on Monday that the National Hockey League club has recalled defenseman Aaron Johnson from the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League. Johnson is the first IceHogs skater to receive an NHL recall this season.

Washatka Resigns as IceHogs Team President
Rockford, IL - Rockford IceHogs Team President Ryan Washatka announced on Wednesday that he is resigning from his position with the American Hockey League club. Washatka has accepted a position outside of hockey and he will remain with the team until Sept. 21.
