Sirois Storming Back into Twin City

Winston-Salem, NC - Mark Richards, Head Coach and GM of the Twin City Cyclones Professional Ice Hockey team, is announcing the return of Captain Allan Sirois for the 2008-09 campaign.

Sirois, who hails from Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec, appeared in 52 games with the Cyclones' last season, posting 59 points.

"We are fortunate to have a player of Allan's caliber. He's a great leader and we look forward to his third season with our organization," commented Mark Richards.

During the 2006-07 season with the Cyclones, Sirois played in 53 games with 78 points. The 6'-1", 220lb. forward spent much of his career in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) with stints in the American Hockey League (AHL), as well. The 33-year old has received numerous SPHL league honors, including the Sher Wood Player of the Week and Sher Wood Player of the Month.

"I am happy to return to a great organization. My ultimate goal for this season is to bring a championship to Winston-Salem," remarked Sirois.
