I hear today that Ron Handy had quit as the coach of the Ice Gators. If it's true, i'm sure the word will hit the streets VERY soon. Is there already trouble in Lafayette?

Maybe Sapergia will end up behind the bench. I wonder if any coach has led the league in penalty minutes.

There is a rumor on the Havoc forum that Gibson will be thier new coach. He did play on teams with both Sapergia and Handy.

For reasons I won't state here, I don't see Gibby going too far from his son for too long. I'd be really surprised if he did.

The owner of the team Danny Smith post on the Ice Gators message board just minutes ago that the team would be back for sure next year and then after 2 yrs they'd look at it and see what happens after that. So, if he's a man of his word, I'd say what you heard is false.
